You walk into a showroom with a fixed budget. The dealer quotes a higher number. A friend says prices just dropped. Your cousin says they went up. Who is right?

Every bike buyer in Pakistan faces this mess. Prices shift with taxes, the dollar rate, and parts cost. Then social media adds fake news on top.

This guide sorts it out. Every price below is an ex-factory rate, taken from company pages, leading resources and recent news, and checked in late September 2026. Read it once, and you will know what a fair price looks like before you meet a dealer.

Why Bike Prices Keep Changing

Most bikes here are assembled locally, but many parts still depend on imports and the exchange rate. Taxes matter too. One report on the 2026 CD 70 notes that the company raised prices on all its bikes after the NEV levy was introduced. Add steel costs and dealer premiums, and the final number can move fast.

The Honda CD 70 tells the long story. In 2005 it cost around PKR 54,000, and today it costs PKR 159,900. That is almost three times more in about twenty years.

So where do prices stand today? Start with the biggest brand.

Honda Bike Prices in Pakistan 2026

Atlas Honda leads the market. Its CD 70 is still the bike most people picture when they hear the word "motorcycle." The 2026 CD 70 sells for Rs159,900 across Pakistan. The rest of the range comes from the company's own site, with the CD 70 Dream price taken from a dealer listing.

ModelPrice (PKR)
CD 70159,900
CD 70 Dream170,900
Pridor211,900
CG 125238,500
CG 125S286,900
CG 125S Gold296,900
CB 125F396,900
CG 150449,900 to 459,900
CB 150F499,900 to 503,900

Atlas Honda's site prices the CG 150 in red at Rs449,900, while the black and green versions cost Rs459,900. So even colour can change the bill by Rs10,000.

Two more things stand out. The top Honda costs more than three times the cheapest one. And the CG 150 is genuinely new. After six years of mostly sticker updates, Atlas Honda launched it as an all-new model with LED headlights and combined braking.

The CG 125 is the middle choice at Rs238,500. It has a 124cc engine, drum brakes, and kick start. The S and Gold versions cost Rs48,400 to Rs58,400 more.

Suzuki GS 150 Price in Pakistan

The Suzuki GS 150 costs PKR 399,900 ex-factory. It is also the cheapest 150cc motorcycle sold by any major maker in the country. It makes 13.8 hp and has a top speed of around 100 km/h. One price site says it can reach 45 to 48 km/l on highways, and its 12-litre tank gives a long range.

It costs Rs60,000 less than the Honda CG 150. That gap matters if you want 150cc power on a tighter budget.

United, Road Prince and Other Budget Bikes

alt text

If Rs159,900 feels heavy, look at the local assemblers of Chinese-design bikes. United lists its US 70 at PKR 111,000, and its range starts at PKR 108,500 for the US 100. That makes the US 70 Rs48,900 cheaper than the CD 70. Road Prince's 70 Passion Plus is listed at PKR 119,500, but that listing looks old, so confirm it with a dealer.

In the 125cc class, the Road Prince 125 costs Rs167,000, and the United US 125 with alloy rims costs Rs170,000. Both sit roughly Rs70,000 under the CG 125.

But cheap can cost you later. PakWheels' comparison lists the United 125 with basic features, lower resale value, and a fuel average of about 30 km/l. So the upfront saving may shrink over the years.

What Happened to Yamaha

alt text

You may still see YBR 125 ads at PKR 466,000. But Yamaha has ended motorcycle manufacturing in Pakistan. Its four models were priced between Rs429,500 and Rs493,500. One dealer blog says the YBR 125 started at Rs129,400 and climbed to Rs471,500, while sales fell from 25,000 to 4,300 units. Treat those figures as one outlet's account.

So any Yamaha you find now is leftover stock or a used bike. Ask about spare parts before you pay.

What Your Budget Buys in 2026

Under Rs175,000, you have the most choice. That covers the US 70, Road Prince 70, CD 70, CD 70 Dream, and the budget 125cc bikes from Road Prince and United.

Between Rs200,000 and Rs300,000, you are in CG 125 land. The Pridor, CG 125, CG 125S, and CG 125S Gold all sit here. The United US 125 self-start is priced at Rs238,000.

Above Rs300,000, the options get pricier fast. Suzuki also sells the GD 110S at Rs369,900. Honda has nothing between Rs296,900 and Rs396,900. After that come the CB 125F, GS 150, CG 150, and CB 150F.

Ex-Factory Price vs On-Road Price

Here is where many buyers get surprised. The listed price leaves out the filer or non-filer tax you pay at the time of purchase. Registration, number plates, and dealer charges add more.

One estimate put the United 70's on-road cost at Rs116,000 to Rs120,000 depending on province. That is Rs5,000 to Rs9,000 above the sticker price. Treat it as a rough guide, since it comes from last year and rules differ by province.

Used bikes are another wild card. Used CD 70 ads on PakWheels range from Rs50,000 to Rs135,000. Model year, condition, and city explain most of that gap.

Fake Price-Cut News Is Everywhere

In February 2026, a notice went viral. It claimed an Rs8,000 cut on the CD 70 and lower prices on other models. The rumored CD 70 price was Rs151,900. Atlas Honda confirmed the notice was fake and said no prices had changed. A company representative said prices had stayed stable for 2.5 years and that a cut was not possible under current conditions.

The fact check still holds. In September 2026, the CD 70 still sells at Rs159,900, and the company again denied any cut. Before you trust any "new price list," check a dealership, the company website, or its official social pages.

Fuel Cost: 70cc vs 125cc vs 150cc

alt text

The price tag is only half the story. Fuel decides the rest. A CD 70 gives about 55 to 60 km/l in normal Pakistani riding. A CG 125 gives around 45 km/l. The GS 150, as noted above, gives 45 to 48.

In simple math, a CD 70 uses about 1.7 to 1.8 litres per 100 km. A CG 125 uses about 2.2. A GS 150 uses about 2.1 to 2.2. These are my calculations from the claimed figures. Small gaps add up if you ride every day.

Which Bike Should You Buy?

Pick by your daily need, not by hype.

For a short commute on a tight budget, go for the CD 70 or US 70. The CD 70 costs more, but industry observers point to its fuel efficiency, low maintenance, and strong resale value.

For a family bike or longer rides, the CG 125 is the safe middle. For highway trips, look at the GS 150. If you want a newer design, the CG 150 has LED lights and combined brakes.

Whatever you choose, visit at least two dealers. Ask for the final bill in writing, with tax and registration listed. Then compare it with the ex-factory rates above. Take a test ride, and check the engine and chassis numbers on your paperwork.
