Refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:
1. Service Not Activated or Defective:
Paid service failed to activate, premium features not working, or service not functioning as described.
2. Incomplete Service Package:
Missing features, incomplete service delivery, or advertised benefits not provided.
3. Wrong Service Activated:
Includes wrong subscription plan, incorrect listing package, or duplicate charges.
4. Service Mismatch:
Service does not match the listed specifications, description, or promised features.
Digital Services & Premium Features
⚠️ Change of Mind Not Accepted:
Returns/refunds are not applicable in case of change of mind for premium listings, featured ads, or subscription services.
🔍 Refund Eligibility:
Only services that are not activated, defective, incorrect, or incomplete are eligible for refund — assessed based on system logs and documentation required by our Customer Support Team.

Return Eligibility & Non-Refundable Services
✅ Refund Eligibility:
Services will only be refunded if they meet one of the valid return conditions listed above, supported by system documentation or evidence.
❌ Non-Refundable Services:
- Fully delivered and activated premium services
- Photography services (if photos delivered)
- Completed dealer verification processes
- Used promotional credits or discounts
- Services used beyond the trial period
- Car Inspection Services
- Car Valuation Services
How to Submit Your Refund Request
To avoid rejection of your refund request, please follow these guidelines:
- Provide clear screenshots of the issue or service malfunction
- Include your account email and transaction reference number
- Ensure your request includes all relevant service details and dates
- Submit any supporting documentation (payment receipts, error messages)
- Do not initiate chargeback before contacting our support team
Note: Refund requests submitted without proper documentation or after initiating unauthorized chargebacks may be rejected and processed according to our dispute resolution procedures.
📅 Refund Process Timeline
Refund Request Timeline:
Initiate refund within 3 business days (72 hours) from service purchase or issue occurrence.
Required Documentation:
Submit clear screenshots and/or system logs when submitting your refund request.
Refund Responsibility:
Customer is responsible for providing accurate information unless the issue is verified by our Technical Support Team.
Refund & Processing Timeline
🔄 Service Reactivation:
Within 2 to 5 working days (account and service-dependent) for technical issues resolution.
💰 Refund Processing:
Within 7 to 10 working days, after approval, via original payment method or bank deposit.
📋 Complete Processing Timeline:
- Request Review: 1-3 business days
- Technical Verification: 1-2 business days (if applicable)
- Approval Decision: Within 24 hours of verification
- Refund Processing: 7-10 business days from approval

Additional Refund Policies

Available for bundled services where only part of the package is affected or for premium subscriptions with partial usage.
