Chery Q Price: Rs 5.55m in Pakistan

Chery has brought the all-electric Q to Pakistan, and the first thing buyers will notice is the price: Rs 5,554,000. The model is being offered in the Premium variant for now, according to a source report at Booking amount and delivery timing have not been announced yet, which means interested buyers still do not have the full ownership picture.

This launch matters because the Q enters a small but growing EV field where price, range, and charging access all matter more than badge value alone. What the Chery Q offers

Chery claims a range of 400 km under NEDC and 310 km under WLTP. That gap is important. NEDC figures are usually more optimistic, while WLTP is closer to what buyers may see in mixed driving. Real range will still depend on traffic, speed, road load, weather, and air conditioning use.

The car also comes with a fair amount of equipment for its class. Highlighted features include a 15.6-inch infotainment screen, an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, 50W wireless charging, six airbags, a 540-degree camera system, and driver-assistance features. Other listed items include 6.6 kW vehicle-to-load support, a power driver’s seat, an electric front trunk, and a power tailgate.

Size and road use in Pakistan

The Q is a 4,195 mm long and 1,811 mm wide hatchback, so it is larger than common local small cars such as the Suzuki Swift and Suzuki Cultus. Its 2,700 mm wheelbase should help cabin space, especially for rear passengers.

Ground clearance is listed at 166 mm, which is a point worth noting for Pakistani roads, speed breakers, and uneven patches. It is not an SUV, but it is not a tiny city hatchback either.

How it fits into the EV market

At this price, the Chery Q sits in a space where shoppers may also compare it with models like the Dongfeng Vigo, MG4, and BYD Atto 2, while body-style rivals include the Dongfeng Box and GAC Aion UT. The Q’s main appeal seems to be its mix of rear-wheel drive, decent claimed range, and strong safety and tech list.

Still, the launch leaves several key questions open. Buyers have not yet been told the booking amount, delivery schedule, charging equipment details, service intervals, parts availability, or the size of the after-sales network.

Warranty and buying advice

The source report says the Chery Q comes with a 7-year or 150,000 km warranty for the whole vehicle, plus an 8-year or 160,000 km warranty for the three electric components.

That is a strong promise on paper, but EV buyers should still wait for the full dealer process before paying.
